Thanks to USDA RBDG grant program funding, the NCWEDD has provided a five-year Downtown Revitalization Plan to four communities over the last two years. Partnering with Downtown Strategies, each plan provides an in-depth summary along with recommendations to create thriving, resilient, and inclusive downtowns in rural communities throughout our region.
Each plan is designed to provide recommendations for each year, starting with year one, with little to no cost to the community.
