Address Social Determinants of Health: improvements in education outcomes, improved access to affordable & nutritious foods
Located 12 miles up the Entiat Valley in Ardenvoir, TumbleRoot Ranch is a growing business that specializes in farm fresh eggs and pasture-raised pork, with new additions including lamb, wool, honey, and bee bi-products.
Our mission is to produce healthy, nutrient dense food for the surrounding communities at an affordable cost while utilizing regenerative farming techniques to improve environmental health.
Owners Jordan and Ally Pittsinger have built upon the vision of TumbleRoot Ranch for the last seven years. Jordan was born and raised in the Entiat Valley and Ally fell in love with Washington after moving here ten years ago. Having found purpose in building a life that is grounded in serving our animals and our customers, we’re excited to share our passion for building strong connections to the land, our food, and our neighbors. Upcoming farm tours will provide educational insights to our practices.
The Supernova competition is an opportunity for TumbleRoot Ranch to achieve its next big goal: onsite cold storage. The ability to improve infrastructure will allow us to serve more families sooner.
